Terms and Conditions of Use

This document outlines the terms and conditions for using the online store www.paprika.ge, registered by Alpine Spices LLC in accordance with the legislation of Georgia. The agreement is concluded between the user and Alpine Spices LLC (Identification Number: 405204639), with its registered legal address: 8/1 Givi Kartozia Street, Apt. #4, Tbilisi, Georgia.

In this document, Alpine Spices LLC, as well as in its Privacy Policy and any other policies or user guides, will hereinafter be referred to as “Paprika.” These Terms and Conditions, along with any amendments and Paprika’s other regulatory documents, form a unified agreement that must be treated as a single legally binding contract with the user.

By registering on the website, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, as well as the Return and Exchange Policy, and consents to the application of the relevant provisions of Georgian law.

If the user does not agree with any of Paprika’s legal documents, they are advised not to use the website. However, Paprika encourages users to share their feedback at: info@paprika.ge

Definitions

Terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the following meanings:

• Paprika (also referred to as “we,” “our,” or “the website”) – Alpine Spices LLC, established under Georgian law, ID No: 405204639, Registered Address: 8/1 Givi Kartozia Street, Apt. #4, Tbilisi.

• User – Any individual of legal age (18+) or legal entity intending to purchase products listed on the website.

• User Consent – Confirmation that the user has read and agrees to this document and permits the processing of their personal data for contractual purposes.

• Third Party – Any individual or legal entity, including public authorities, other than the user or Paprika.

• Direct Marketing – Offering goods or services through postal mail, telephone, email, or other telecom channels.

• Registration – The act of creating a personal user account.

• Account – A personal page created by the user on the Paprika website.

By creating an account, the user is able to purchase products listed on the Paprika website. Each order placed constitutes a sales contract between the user and Alpine Spices LLC. The order confirmation will include the item(s), price, and delivery address.

Registration

To purchase products from Paprika, users must register on the website by filling in the registration form with the following details:

• Full name

• Address

• Email address

• Password

Users can register at any point before or during the checkout process. Alternatively, purchases can be made as a guest without registration.

To register/login, users must select “Login” from the main menu and may log in using:

• Email and password

By registering, the user confirms that:

• All provided information is accurate and complete

• They are over 18 years old and legally capable

• They will not use another person’s identity

• They will not use offensive or inappropriate usernames

• They will not provide false information

• They will not impersonate any company or individual

• They will not violate others’ rights or perform illegal actions

• They will not use software or devices to disrupt the website’s normal operation

• They will respect copyrights and intellectual property (e.g., logos, graphics, designs, trademarks) and will not use, modify, or publish any content without prior written consent from Paprika

• They will not access or attempt to access other users’ accounts or authorization data

• They will not perform any actions that may threaten the functionality of the website

• They will comply with Georgian law, these Terms, and the Privacy Policy

Orders and Purchases

To finalize a purchase, users will be redirected to a secure payment page. Before proceeding, users must confirm their contact and delivery details to ensure smooth product delivery. Users are responsible for any delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Order details can be reviewed in the user’s account.
Paprika reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal transactions.

Ownership of the goods transfers to the user upon successful payment.

Delivery Terms

The user agrees that the delivery of products will be carried out by Alpine Spices LLC (ID No: 405204639), Legal Address: 8/1 Givi Kartozia Street, Apt. #4, Tbilisi.

Product delivery will be carried out in accordance with the selected delivery service method.

Payment Terms

Payments are made via non-cash (electronic) transactions.
When placing an order, users will be redirected to a secure payment page to enter their card details. The payment request is processed and confirmed by the bank.

Paprika does not have access to the user’s bank card details or the payment page itself.

Upon successful payment, a confirmation message will appear, and the user will receive an email and SMS confirmation.

Account Closure and Access Restriction

If Paprika determines that the user has violated these Terms or registered with false information, Paprika reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account. The user will be notified via email and may contact the Paprika team for clarification.

Limitation of Liability

Paprika takes all reasonable steps to implement appropriate data protection mechanisms but is not liable for unauthorized access to data, damages caused by third parties, or issues arising from third-party services offered to users.

By registering, the user confirms they are 18 years or older and legally capable.
