Delivery Policy

"Paprika" delivery service is currently available only in the Tbilisi area. For orders of any size.

Across Tbilisi:
Includes the administrative border of Tbilisi.

Conditions:
In Tbilisi, the product is delivered the next day after the order is placed (including weekends), from 9 am to 9 pm.

Free delivery is provided within 5 days of order for purchases worth at least 100 GEL.

And paid delivery within 24 hours of ordering. The price is determined during the order formation process.

Product replacement or refund policy

The return policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website, you also agree to these return policy.

"Paprika", in accordance with its product return policy, gives you the opportunity to return the purchased product if:

"Paprika" did not fulfill its promise:
• The product does not match the order or the specifications posted on the website;
• The product is damaged;
• The product storage conditions have been violated;
• The agreed delivery time was violated by “Paprika”;

How many days can you return the product:
You must submit a request for a refund within 5 days of receiving the product.

How to request a product return/exchange :
You can write to us in the chat or/and contact us by email at info@paprika.ge and submit a request.

What procedure should you follow to get a refund ?
If the delivered product does not meet Paprika's promises and you wish to return the product, it is mandatory that the product be accompanied by all accompanying documents provided at the time of purchase (receipt, product box, etc.).

How many days will it take to return the product?
Product returns throughout Tbilisi will be made within a maximum of 48 hours after the application is submitted.


"Paprika" representatives will contact you within a maximum of 24 hours of receiving your application regarding the product return procedure.

How will the refund be made ?
“Paprika” will notify you of the refund status decision within 24 hours of returning the product.
In case of a positive decision, the amount will be refunded within a maximum of 5 working days.

How will the refund for the purchased returned product be made ?
Refunds are only possible through non-cash payment, by crediting the customer's card account with which the product was purchased.
